The ooDACE Toolbox is available under a dual license model.

For non-commercial use (i.e., pure academic research), the toolbox is available under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPLv3), an OSI approved open source license.

For use in a commercial setting (including applied industrial research), a commercial license must be obtained.

In addition we require that any reference to the ooDACE Toolbox be accompanied by the corresponding ooDACE publication.
