Important

We encourage you to report your problems. However, before you report any problems ask yourself this:

  1. Did I check the wiki for information on my problem?
  2. Did I check the FAQ?
  3. Did I check the known bugs on the project website?
  4. Did I check the log file (M3-Toolbox.log) in the output/ directory?

Reporting

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR M3-Toolbox.log FILE IN THE OUTPUT DIRECTORY FIRST

When reporting problems remember to always attach:

  • the M3-Toolbox log file
  • the XML configuration file you used

See the contact page on where to send the information to.
